A Letter From The NARA President

Dear Members of the North American Racquets Association, 

On behalf of the entire board, I hope this note finds you well and refreshed after the summer!

NARA has been quietly working away over the summer months to provide a robust and enjoyable slate of fixtures for you at all seven of our incredible clubs. Please find our 2026-2027 Fixtures List attached here. 

Our pre-season kicks off next week with our friends up in Montreal for the 2026 Quintathalon! This year’s event is the 50th Anniversary of our sport’s first Quintathalon, which was hosted in Montreal in 1976. Over 60 Players from around the world will be visiting the City of Festivals for Racquets, Lawn Tennis, Padel, Golf and 2 mystery sports! What a way to kick off our season. 

Next on the agenda will be the Under 35 weekend, hosted in Chicago starting October 30th. Please stay tuned to your emails (and our website) for more details. 

In addition to our normal slate of events, this year is a special one as Montreal will extend their incredible hosting abilities beyond the Quintathalon and Canadian Amateur by also hosting the 2nd Leg of the World Championship Singles on Saturday, December 12th. The Detroit Racquet Club and the Tennis and Racquet Club of Boston are both celebrating their 125th anniversaries in 2027; what as season to celebrate our great game and great clubs. 

The NARA Board looks forward to keeping our membership up to date with periodic emails, but our website is the best way to stay up to date. Please be sure to visit www.northamericanracquets.com throughout the season for all the information you need.
